I still snap up those paranormal books from the 60s, 70s and 80s. I especially loved Daniel Cohen's books when I was young, and I even got to interview him once before he passed. Keep us posted on the Jack Hill piece -- a great, weird director who really got the best out of Pam Grier and Sid Haig pretty consistently, and whose SPIDER BABY remains a way ahead of its time classic.
I suffer from sleep paralysis sometimes and definitely can see how it contributes to my belief in the possibility of paranormal activity--waking up unable to move and seeing what your brain thinks is a demon is pretty spooky!
π»ππ Love to win Placenta.
Another engaging newsletter. Thank you!
Nostalgia, for me, sometimes surprises me. It might hide in a scent or ambush me with a friendly voice.
I have my fingers crossed for the contest
I like the tag line of your newsletter : Every Day is Halloween! I wish! The cover of Placerita is intriguing and I would love to read it. Thank you.
Iβve been interested in reading Placerita for a while. Hope I win.
Congratulations on being shortlisted.
I would love to win a copy of Placerita. I love getting your newsletters btw

I have Chiari Malformation and has had brain surgery if that is a head syndrome?!
Thanks for the recommendations. This is my first time here and want to say Thanks.
Exploding head syndrome definitely doesn't sound like fun!

I was never a fan of summer EXCEPT that it gave me more time to read. :-) Thanks for another great installment!
